TERMANOLOGY TO JOIN METHOD MAN AND REDMAN ON “STILL HIGH TOUR”

TERMANOLOGY’S DEBUT “POLITICS AS USUAL” IN STORES TODAY

New York, NY – Massachusetts-bred; New York-based rapper Termanology’s debut LP, Politics As Usual, is in stores today (9-30-08).  One of this year’s most anticipated albums; Politics As Usual is a joint venture between Term’s own ST. Records and Indy powerhouse Nature Sounds.  Termanology’s debut merges the best of both worlds for all Hip-Hop fans, as its meshes classic boom-bap production from a virtual who’s who list of production royalty; DJ Premier, Hi-Tek, Pete Rock, The Alchemist, Havoc, Buckwild, Nottz and Large Professor all provide tracks and it also includes guest appearances from Prodigy, Sheek Louch, Freeway, Lil Fame and UGK’s Bun B who guests on the LP’s DJ Premier produced lead-single “How We Rock.”

At the onset of 2006, Term caught his big break when legendary producer DJ Premier, whom he met three years earlier, finally blessed him with one of his signature, scratch-laden beats. “Watch How It Go Down” instantly became an underground classic and Termanology appeared on Hip-Hop’s international radar. The conscious hood anthem garnered the earnest MC tons of praise, landing him in The Source’s “Unsigned Hype” and XXL’s “Show and Prove” columns.

Since then, Termanology has quickly climbed the industry ranks with his Hood Politics mixtape series and his debut, Politics As Usual, has a huge buzz on the Internet and has also been included in Source, XXL, XLR8R, Remix and Spin Magazine’s (Look for Term in the Dec 2008 issue of Spin Magazine where he will be featured as a “Break Out” artist).

The opportunity to join two legends like Method Man and Redman on their “Still High” tour is very gratifying for Term as he laments “I’ve been listening to Method Man and Redman my whole life and it’s an honor to tour with them.  I look forward to tearing it down for the fans.”

WALKS OUT OF THE FRONT DOOR DOING THE MACARENA!

New York-NY- October 2nd-2008:

After spending 8 days hospitalized in intensive care, the legendary MC, Buckshot, has been released from the hospital, and is now resting at his home in Brooklyn, NY. Upon returning from a 3 week European Tour last week, the Black Moon and Boot Camp Clik frontman suffered a series of seizures. While it’s still unclear what caused the seizures, Doctors believe that Buckshot was physically drained and became severely dehydrated to the extent that caused his body to shut down and suffer 9 seizures in less than 1 day.

Buckshot was in good spirits today as he left the hospital, and is looking forward to his next endeavors as he prepares to finish his group project with KRS-ONE, begin work on his third album with super-producer 9th Wonder, as well as a 4th studio album from BLACK MOON (DJ EVIL DEE and 5FT).

In a statement this morning, Buckshot said “I want to thank all the fans who called and wrote emails extending their well wishes and prayers. All the support helped me recover that much quicker.”

In true Buckshot fashion, he left the hospital dancing. With his health returning and with the release of Heltah Skeltah’s “D.I.R.T.” album and DJ Revolution’s “KING OF THE DECKS” album; both in stores this week on Duck Down Records he’s got good reason to celebrate.

Reporters caught him outside the hospital with the Duck Down Man moments after leaving the Hospital….
